Mechanic Job in Byers, Colorado

Check engine light came on was told that the phasers on the 2010 f150 v8 were going bad. Was recommended by another mechanic to get a cam lock out kit installed. Problem is, this mechanic has no idea when he can get the parts in so right now we have a truck that we're afraid to drive. Really need it fixed. Would be interested in your thoughts, how much you would charge, and how soon you could get it done.
