battery won't stay charged and engine dash is saying reduced engine power. 2010 Chevy equinox.

2010 CHEVY EQUINOX. reduced engine power light was on and occasionally service stabilitrac light. gas may have been somehow getting into the oil as well. vehicle will not start now, it sounds like it wants to crank but just keeps turning over but wont crank. I've heard everything from the high pressure fuel pump to the crankshaft, i just need a reliable mechanic that's gonna get my vehicle running and knows what's hes doing and not just guessing and keep me getting additional parts that's not fixing the vehicle. need the vehicle up and running ASAP.
