Mechanic Job in Woodinville, Washington

Immediate job opening for one or two experienced mechanic(s) to join our busy service department. This is a full time position with 8:00 am -- 5:00 pm schedule. Applicant must have thorough knowledge and high level of familiarity with Japanese import; and/or European vehicles; and/or domestic vehicles. Duties include, but not limited to: - Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with manufacturing and dealership standards. - Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. to specification.  - Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs.  - Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and occasionally to customers.  - Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology. - Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made. You must. . . - Hold a valid driver's license. - Have thorough knowledge and high level of familiarity with Japanese import; and/or European vehicles; and/or domestic vehicles. - Have working knowledge of shop equipment and tools. - Be team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of a customer service. - Hold ASE certification (preferred but not necessary) Salary & benefits. . . - $30k - $80k annual salary depending on experience - Signing bonus - Paid vacation About us: We are 405 Motors; a family owned business that carries one of the largest selections of great deals on used cars in the Bothell area.
