Must have 5 years of experience and be fully versed in body, frame, and paint repairs. Must have driver’s license and be self-motivated. Be part of our growing team and enjoy the benefits of paid time off, 401k, health and dental insurance, etc. Pay of hourly or flat rate negotiable and commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will possess the following: • Ability to properly complete light to heavy repairs, including structural work • Above average quality focus • High production capabilities • I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus • Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle • Repair collision damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and company standards • Work in harmony with the production schedule including meeting deadlines • Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record ABOUT VENTURA COLLISION CENTER: At the Ventura Collision Center, we are committed to providing an exceptional consumer experience and we know that starts with our most valuable resource -- our staff.
