A repair freeze plug on the right side (under the motor mount) came loose. The engine must be lifted up, the saddle removed, the freeze plug retightened and the engine dropped back down. We did it two months ago month up in Anza after the car got trapped on the 74 in a snowstorm (I spent the night in a shelter with 20 other people).
It’s a Murphy’s law thing that really upsets me because I’m not made of money. I’m at Marshall in downtown Indio which is a nice wide street with no traffic so it’s perfect for mobile repair. I can help with handing wrenches in and doing misc. stuff.
The point is, I hope to get it done for 100. Is there any chance you can help me out?
