Mechanic Job in Surrey, British Columbia

I took out to the lake and it was windy and wavy day. abit of water came in the deck. the water pump was working but i think water might have splashed the cause the boat not turn back on. when crank the key you can the starter but the engine does not crank. please help and thanks. you can reach me better by text. thank you
