I just got it from a man who had it sitting for years. I've dropped the tank, cleaned it, drained all the old fuel, flushed it out, put it all back replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, oil filter, oil,spark plugs, spark plugs wires, cleaned carb and can't get it to start. I think maybe that arm thing you have to push in when you put it on our something. I don't know... HELP PLEASE
