1979 KZ650 SR - Cranks but will not start.

Help. I’ve replaced jets, cleaned bowls, cleaned rusty tank, replaced fuel lines, changed oil, charged battery. Drove it with no problems for a day or two. Felt great.
Sat for a week.
I now have a small leak by one of the bowls when the petcock is on Prime. I may not have tightened before I put the carbs back on.
Need help with that. No other leaks. Bike cranks. It slowly started once I changed the spark plugs and I let it run for 15 min.
Restarted again after a 10 min break with no problems. Then went to walk my dogs, came back and it will not start. Cranks, lights up and all but will not start.
Could be electrical? Need to at the least identify the problem.
