Mechanic Job in Hanover, Pennsylvania

As it says, the truck simply wont take off from the line. Cant tell you how it drives from there out, because I cant drive the thing. It's been in several shops and its had so much work done to it (over 7k) and it wont drive. This is supposed to be my work truck, I do construction and I cant make money as this thing continues to drain my bank account and not bring me money in return. I am an 8 year army veteran who understands the value of hard work, and I have no problem paying for services, this is simply beyond me at this point and I NEED it on the road. This truck has been and is a detriment to my livelihood and it needs to change, PLEASE, if you can help, let's do it!
