Business address: 900 Nebo Rd, Hannon, ON L0R 1P0 Location of work: same as above Type of Employment: Full time – Permanent Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description: •Move tools, equipment and other materials •Signal safety procedures to the workers and to the general public •Perform miscellaneous laboring activities to help tradespersons, apprentices and other workers as directed. •Clean machines and immediate work areas and help to maintenance on heavy equipment •Greasing of mechanical equipment •Help changing bearings and motors •Help the repairing or replacing conveyor belts •Help in repairing heavy equipment and trucks •Help in building maintenance and repairs Requirements: -Education: Not required -Experience: Experience is an asset -Mechanical experience is an asset -Must work mostly outdoors in all weather conditions and indoors in dusty conditions -Must understand that this job position is physically demanding. -This job has a large workload and involves handling heavy loads and frequently bending, crouching and kneeling Salary: $23 hourly, 47.50 Hours per week Benefits: Dental insurance, extended medical insurance, we provide respirator and overalls as uniform. Work Schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00PM, occasionally on Saturdays. Flexibility on schedule and overtime is required.
