Mechanic Job in Springfield, Massachusetts

Recently got this chevy lumina as a gift and I want to fix it up to have as a daily driver. At the moment the check engine light is on, the steering wheel is really hard and can barely turn and I have to keep moving the battery back and forth to turn on the car. Looking for someone to work on it for a reasonable price. I want to eventually put all brand new parts into it little by little.
