Mechanic Job in Aberdeen, Ohio

Looking to have the engine replaced or overhauled as my girlfriends nephew ran it out of oil. SOB returned it with a blown engine two years later adding 248 hours to it, only had 32 hrs when he borrowed it and doesn't believe it is his fault. Anyway, short story is looking for a good mechanic to do the repairs either on site or has the capability to tow to your repair site of choose. Thanks!
