Mechanic Job in Saint Paul, Minnesota

First of all, I didn't know what to type in as an acceptable pay rate, so I'm more than willing to negotiate that! My car won't start. I had roadside assistance come twice two days ago. The first time they jumped it (we assumed it was a dead battery) and it started up right away. But the next time I tried to start it, it didn't start, and when roadside assistance came back the car didn't respond at all. Didn't start, no dash lights, no sounds, nothing. The battery is less than a year old. When I look at the cables connecting the battery, the cable looks very frayed and in bad shape. Thank you!
