It seems every winter I store my mustang it has issues starting..It seems when it gets really cold it zaps the car..It want to turn over but just can’t.Its a 99 mustang and I only have 56,000 miles on it..Very clean and well kept up..I stay by the 50s McDonald’s on telegraph..
