Mechanic Job in Portsmouth, Virginia

Im looking for someone who's formulary with 2002 Pontiac grand am gt 3.4 litter 6 cylinders I got it running a few times put a fuel pump in a new battery also a new starter it would run but in order to get this car started every morning i would have to use starter fluid every single morning but after that it would run all day without needing starter fluid It was driving fine when i took it to the store and when i went to leave it wouldnt crank it wont start nothing i turn the key no sound all i can hear is my fuel pump turning on i have no clue whats wrong or what to replace next i just need a little help being pushed in the right direction
