Mechanic Job in Palm Springs, California

Hello I have a 1993 Lincoln town car with a number of mechanical issues that need to be addressed. Nothing too extreme, but The most severe thing is what I believe to be a transmission leak because the car is shifting kind of weird now kind of offset. Also the power windows do not work I believe that the driver door is loose Because on sharp turns it can swing open, The power controls on the door do not work for the windows, and seem dislodged. The keyless entry does not work, the air conditioner does not blow cold. I have an actuator that is supposed to regulate the airflow from behind the glove box that needs to be put in, as I was told by the previous owner that that’s what the problem was concerning the AC. The steering wheel is starting to grow in a bit and the car is making kind of a whistling noise, I am no mechanic but it seems like it might be a belt of something that is either getting loose or wearing away. We may need new power steering fluid for it I don’t know you’ll have to see. So considering that this might be quite a bit of of work and consideration we don’t want to spend so much on it that we’ve basically hemorrhage money for the sake of what is a relatively Charming vehicle. It’s from Wisconsin and may not pass Smog in California, I’m not certain because I’m not sure that the standards are similar. I know that the inside label says that it is a federally regulated emission system which I believe means not regulated for California; hopefully Wisconsin has a similar standard.
