Mechanic Job in West Jefferson, Ohio

I have a 06 Chevy Equinox that’s stalling. Restarts usually after it sets for 10 minutes or so. Had Advanced Auto scan and was to engine control module was communicating or reading Got a good used module to get the stalling fixed but car won’t start with the other module in stalled I tried to get a dealer to install and program the engine control module that I purchased used but the say they can’t do that because they can’t read that part without having my vin number already programmed in unit. I’m looking for some one that can help get me going
