Fix Rear Brake Piston/Caliper - Replace Rear Brake Pads

I was attempting to replace the rear brake pads. The piston will not recede into the caliper. I need someone to fix/replace the caliper and finish the pad replacement (both wheels). I will also require a brake fluid flush. The vehicle is a 2015 Ford Transit 150 XLT (not a Connect). I have the pads.
