Mechanic Job in Cincinnati, Ohio

I got one of the wheels off trying to do them myself and I failed because I have cancer and I'm not able to do that much so half of it's done but I'm desperate for somebody to please come and save me from my mess my car is up on two wheels and I can't get it back down I started to put the end tie rod together for one of them and I don't have the tool I need and I still need the other ones put on I would greatly appreciate it
