Mechanic in Salt Rock, West Virginia

NOT IN HURRICANE. I LIVE IN SALT ROCK.I am an honest and experienced mechanic performing work such as filter changes,tune-ups, brakes, diagnosing, replacing sensors, and other auto repair. I also do some light bodywork,such as repairing rust holes and getting a vehicle ready for WV state inspection. I cannot perform major engine/transmission repairs,as I haven't the tools or lifts for that kind of work. If there are prospective employers looking for technicians for your service departments, I will tell you now, I may be interested, with a guarantee of at least $600/week and no weekend work. No,I haven't gone to school and am not certified in anything. I am primarily a parts guru with close to 20 years combined retail aftermarket auto parts and dealership experience. I also work on my own vehicles as well as my personal customers' vehicles. I am willing to take training and travel for it provided you pay for the training,transportation,etc. I am an honorably discharged disabled veteran who works for a living,is mature, and learns quickly. Now, as far as my work on the side, I know that garages charge flat rate ranging from $40-$120/hour. Wow! I am more like $20/hr or less. Sometimes I will combine work. Sometimes,it don't take money. What do you have for trade? Have 2 cars and you only need 1, and can't afford to pay someone to fix your main ride? I don't care if the other car has blown head gaskets,if that's what you want to trade to me for work, I'm good with that. I'm easy to get along with. I am available evenings after 6pm and weekends.
