I am Chrysler Jeep Dodge master certified but I work on all makes and models. I have all the proper tools and equipment to get the job done right in a timely matter. Any electrical nightmare jobs or jobs that other people have tried and failed at I welcome them. Electrical, diagnostics, engine, automatic transmission, heating and air conditioning, steering and suspension,cooling system, manual transmission and differential, brakes, fuel lines, brake lines, body electrical, power windows and locks... Pretty much everything except body and paint work however I will bolt on fenders, hoods, bumpers, etc... I just will not sand or paint them. system going haywire on your BMW I can replace that sensor as well as relearn the whole stability system Mercedes security system locked up no start I can unlock the system you need key remotes programmed for your Buick or your Ford Explorer not a problem I can do those as well program tire pressure sensors reset airbag control modules after body shop repairs have been done but the airbag light is still on no problem steering suspension HVAC heavy engine internal work cylinder head gaskets oil leaks antifreeze leaks power steering leaks I'll even work on your diesel however much I may not even like to I am capable want to talk to some of my customers no problem I have over 2,000 contacts in my phone maybe 20 or 30 of them people I talk to on a personal level the rest all Automotive work please I'm not trying to even remotely sound like I'm bragging I completely reassure you I don't have to say anything at all bring me your car tell me your problem what your complaint is with the vehicle what it's doing when it's doing it how it's doing it how fast you're going if it does it once a week I'll find it and I'll just let my work speak for itself as I always have I'm humble but I'm hungry meaning I don't have a lazy attitude I don't have well I made plenty of money today so now I don't have to work as hard kind of attitude I move at a quick pace and I promise you this to be 100% true I do not judge anyone for anyting meaning what I'm trying to say I guess is I don't care if you got $10 I don't care if you got 10 billion dollars you're going to get the same price every time through me I don't care what you do for a living I don't care what your business is I really don't even have a desire to know it unless you want to share then of course my ears are open for you but what you do is what you do and what I do is fix cars to make money so if I can buy sandwiches everyday for me and my son my family my son by the way is 18 and he is learning and he does help me out on the jobs as well as I'm trying to teach him some knowledge about Vehicles as well also my nephew his cousin also helps me out very much I will treat your vehicle as it is my own I will do the repair then I will drive it down the road and verify the repair is done so you don't come pick your car up for me and it's doing the same thing it was doing when you dropped it off because oh my goodness I know how infuriating that maybe I have been in all kinds of different situations there are instances sometimes the car is problem is so intermittent that you may not be able to leave it with me with a adequate enough time to 100% properly diagnose it and make it do it but we have a code and I have verify the bad part and then you take your vehicle and it does something a little weird but not exactly the same please have an understanding and know this to be true I never intentionally want anyone to leave my facility for one second and have and ongoing issue with their vehicle that is not my intentions has it happened of course are you kidding I'm not perfect I strive for excellence but hey we all make mistakes but I stand behind everything that I do I back at one hundred and fifty percent something happens if I break something it's my fault you're not paying for it I do I'm a stand-up guy I'm not hiding from anyone you have an issue call me up let's talk about it let's figure out how we can get it resolved and move forward it may cost it may not cost I will never do anything without your approval permission hang Parts on your car unless you just tell me flat out hey Rob I want you to go on ahead and do a complete tune-up my BMW replace the valve cover gasket replace this replace that the BMW dealer said it was going to be $2,400 but I know you're going to be very very much less than that so just I don't care what the cost is just fix it as long as it's cheaper than what they told me because that's what we're all trying to do here is save money and make money I don't charge extra for Mercedes I don't charge extra for BMW they are different but when it comes down to it at the end of the day it's all nuts and bolts so I'm just a different shapes and sizes and some of them actually do require special tools just please no it is always my intentions for you to leave with a pleasant experience and you not to return to me to have the same repair done twice unless of course we get a faulty part if I buy the part it's warranted a lot of them are lifetime I tried to use dealer level equivalent parts whether the dealer equivalent is a one year warranty or the dealer equivalent is a lifetime I always try to use dealer equivalent cuz at the end of the day when the factory built that car they had to give a brand new car warranty with it so I believe that if I install the same part they did it should last as long as it did the first time if you bring your own parts all I can do is basically guarantee 100% that all the nuts bolts brackets everything has been put back together and tighten down to factory specifications bolts that had Loctite on them will have Loctite on them the new ones when they leave. I try to view this as simple science if I read the factory instructions on how to replace whatever we're doing and I take it off and I put it back on and tighten everything down exactly as a factory says then it is pretty simple and evident in my mind that we're done I'm not going to lose any sleep over well I think I may have got that too tight or well I don't remember if I put that thing back on because everything is laid out when I put something back together so I can clearly see if I have anything left over if I do have something left over it gets put back on weather it takes me 5 minutes whether it takes me 3 hours because it goes on way deep down underneath of whatever it was we just replaced because some engineer said it needed to be there in my mind it needs to be there it's my fault I messed up I'm the one that's got to deal with it and deal with it as it should be dealt with so I know when your car leaves it's put together right you're not going to have somebody go look at it and say or who have you been letting service your vehicle you say why then they reply well it only has about half the nuts and bolts put back on it that are supposed to be on there you and I are not going to have those conversations. If you going to get something to eat on the way over here I like food and I like Mountain Dew so I'm not going to be mad at you if you bring some or made some extra for me. You may never meet another mechanic like me or another human like me I don't think I'm special or better than anyone and that never liked me maybe a good thing maybe a bad thing because I have met people where sometimes you guys just were not formulated right built right to do business with each other but with all those things that I just mentioned I do stay very steadily busy at the same time when I talk to you we will discuss when you can bring it how long I will have it and if those things are okay what kind of urgency you have if you can wait if you cannot wait we will figure all that out I'm not going to tell you something extravagant way way far away time or date for you to get your car I'm not going to tell you I'm 3 weeks behind I'm very efficient and I get the job done along with the help of my son and my nephew please feel free to ask me any questions if I have to climb in there and diagnose something and it's going to take me hours yes of course I charge for my time because if one person doesn't want to pay it then next person usually always does I don't go crazy with diagnostic fees if I've seen 10 of them go bad I'm not going to charge you 40 50 60... to diagnose it when I know right off the bat what it is I basically want to just get your car fixed and back to you as soon as possible. I don't have time to even sit and think about how I'm going to screw you over and lie to you so be well aware that I'm not on that all I got time to do is listen to your complaint verify it duplicate it isolate it drive the car verify the repair the next thing that will happen once I verify the repair and I'm satisfied that your vehicles face then I will contact you via SMS text message normal rates may apply yes I just said that just I don't know I get confused every time that I hear it but whatever email you or I will call you on the phone whichever you prefer I have a safe secure vehicle drop where if I'm getting a part or I'm not available at the moment you will always be able to drop your vehicle off to me park it lock it and your keys will be secure no one will steal your vehicle unless you got the stalker type and a past relationship who has an extra key who followed you here and then took it but I'll be able to produce the keys for you that one has not happened yet but I've seen a lot of situations and things that I never would have imagined or dreamed of so not going to say never will and it probably already has have them I'm not responsible for any items lost stolen or damaged that are left inside of your vehicle I will properly secure it best as I can if there is a problem with your vehicle someone breaks in it I'm no different than the $180 an hour charging BMW dealer I will tell you to contact your insurance company if you had full coverage insurance or if you had theft Insurance what have you that is who will take care of the vehicle at that point for criminal damages no different than any million-dollar operation signs are up all over their walls and I have the signs as well that's just how it works no one ever intends on these things happening but if they do that is why they have car insurance and that is why my rates are much much lower because I'm not paying for $5,000 a month in insurance to cover cars I have not had any instances other than I had a owner's manual stolen out of a Mini Cooper wants I'm still trying to understand that but I've had people drop cars off with TV's in them with music in the back everything leave them unlocked because they did not tell me about it I did not even know the cars were coming they sat out there for 2 or 3 days I go out there everything still there so there you have it I never want to have any bad conversations with any of my customers. Thank you for taking time to read what I have but I think to be thoroughly gone through I do business and how serious I take my business my relationships with my customers and what I do because sometimes for me it's not even about the money anymore it's about okay this car's been a 10 different people three of them dealerships people who are supposed to be Factory trained and very knowledgeable about the car and it still isn't fixed I'm not going to keep racking your bill up wrecking your bill up wrecking your bill up it does become to a point with me sometimes where it's not even about the money it's me against the car and I don't give up I'm very very determined I can rebuild some Transmissions confidently monster Transmissions I actually fix in the vehicle where has the transmission shops and dealer has said oh you need a complete overhaul no no no you don't and if I give you a price and I'll tell you like look I don't know what damage has been done inside there but we can give us a try I will disclose the information that I feel to be truthful to the best of my knowledge if I tell you I have to remove the valve body and I have to overhaul it change Springs change a reluctor plate what have you I know all that probably sounds like a different language I will give you the price I will say okay well we can try this you're going to be out probably somewhere around $750 usually people say again this is just example pricing it's not set usually people say well but what if that don't fix it Rob long as you just pay me for the parts and just some of my labor to where I didn't do it for free I will take a little bit of that hit with you so it's not as hard because I know Transmissions are very very expensive I get really good deals on all the parts that I get it I get really good deals from the junk yards I go to the people that I deal with and I set up relationships over the 17 years and they've all been usually pretty good relationships and I keep all those people in my circle that I deal with to get parts I'm not going to go out and get a transmission out of a mud puddle from some do do don't have a clue if it's good or as bad but he's saying it's good because Billy Joe Jack told him it was good no we're not doing that unless you tell me you're getting the transmission and that's what they told you then we can replace it if it fixes it hot damn tickled to death I'll be you'll be cuz you got it for 150 bucks but if it doesn't fix it that has nothing to do with me you found the transmission you'll have to pay me for every time that I take one out and put one in yes it's the same price it's the same amount of work unless the exhaust was a real pain then if the exhaust was and then we fix that and I included that extra work in the first testament yes I will take some off to help work with you I will always try to work with you if we get through my account something goes wrong then I will take care of it you don't have to worry about nothing my guy at the yard may come up missing but you know joking of course but yeah basically I'll deal with it you'll have to deal with nothing I call you give you one price you tell me yes or no I get it, I do it get it done see you have a nice day you say oh man the transmission you found is $550 or I called jumping jacks in the mud on four flats and he said he would sell me one for 150 that's up to you dang no way I'm risking that not even on my own vehicle because let me tell you they're not risking anyting cuz I love now they're going out everyday and they're trying to get it but it ain't nothing for them to go roll around in a mud puddle and give you another one and another one and another one because it's not costing them anything to pay the guy pulled out they didn't probably give anything for the vehicle yes one time I had a transmission in and out of a Ford Taurus about four times this car was very very different however but I did it and I ate it every time it was a one-year difference car 1999 and 2000 Taurus engine and Transmissions are externally identical however on the inside there was some fluid passageway in the valve body that cause this one to not work properly I was screwed I did not know that that car had the different year engine and transmission it was a 99 it had a 2000 I was buying a transmission for a 99 and they kept messing up so yes I'm definitely been through the ringer on some of these but it's okay in the end it ain't nothing but work and we're going to get through it thank you for reading my profile my description my biography I hope you all have a very blessed day I hope you all spend time with your loved ones and when it comes down to it just be safe thank you! As always cash is King you know the rules please when you show up to my facility I ask that you arrive sober and with a right level mind to interact with me as I will be interacting with you I know it doesn't mean it said very often these days but it's a mutual respect thing if you come here and you've been drinking and you're really far gone and I'm just using drinking as an example you could be popping pills you could be anything and then we have a conversation that you don't remember something and then you get mad at me or you thought you were finessing me then well we're going to have a problem because I don't try to cheat anyone and I don't expect anyone to try to cheat me I do not like to waste time haggling back and forth with prices if you really really truly do need to help and you're really close and we can talk about it and you can see if there's anything we can do to try to cut costs or do something somewhere to change it down to where you need to be please feel free to talk to me about that but just don't don't try to be cheap with me please as you're not getting cheap shortcut careless work done to your vehicle.
