Mechanic in Boise, Idaho

I specialize in Toyota/Lexus. I’ve been know to work on just about any make/model, minus exotics. I was a helicopter mechanic for 5 years. I’ve built experimental aircraft. I can fix just about anything, not just automobiles or stuff that flies. I’ve got tons of tools, standard and metric, diagnostic equipment, access to professional grade maintenance software for guidance and fair bidding practice. I am currently in graduate school. I have progressed through my career to the point where I mostly build cars from the ground up now - I still do maintenance, but that’s discretionary, school schedule withstanding. I am not ASE certified, but I do hold an FAA license to work on aircraft that I can show you. While they are not the same, I can assure you I grew up fixing cars/trucks long before I knew how to fix aircraft. Aviation did not increase my aptitude as a mechanic, it did enhance it in a few areas: tool awareness, cleanliness, and diagnostics. Applied to automotive, you could say I am one of the cleanest auto mechanics out there. I only do thorough, correct, and necessary maintenance. I do it right the first time.
