I am a technician with 8 years of Nissan dealership experience. I'm familiar with all models from 2008 to 2016, as well as older models. I am very familiar with the various Nissan electrical systems, communication lines, and scan tool-based diagnostics. I have experienced many unique customer concerns based on the extremely cold climate I am from, and had a very low rate of customer returns for the same problem.
