Basic Knowledge: 1-We charge in shop prices on parts & supplies only! 2-We only charge $50/mechanic hour! 2.25- Stay in good standings with us and pay your balance on time for 5 straight invoices and earn a $20/mechanic hour discount! Keep these payments on time & lock in your hourly price after 15 invoices! 2.50- Provide documentation proving that you are on a fixed income; i.e. Retired Vet, Disabled, and or over the age of 65, in order to receive our Very Special Low Rate of only $10/mechanic hour! 3- We can offer mechanic hourly rates this low, because we come to you! You will meet & see your Dedicated Technician in person! 4- We strive to honor our clients wishes & accommodations! For individuals that require more than 8 mechanic hours or overnight service we offer complementary customer transport service at a rate of $0.65 per mile that will be added to your service invoice. 5- All Part cost must be paid for 48-72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any additional parts or supply charges will be added to your final invoice. 6- All invoice balances must be paid in full within 24 hours of completion of your vehicle, unless arrangements have been made prior to your scheduled service appointment. Any balances remaining after 30 days will be subsequently charged an additional $10.00 per day, continued balances which exceed 45 days will be subject to a mechanics lien being placed on your vehicle and a charge of $150.00. 7- To help decrease your hourly charge we offer a $30.00 Diagnostic Visit, which at that time we can help provide you with the exact parts & issues that need to be addressed. We prefer to schedule diagnostic visits at least 1 week prior to your maintenance appointment. 8- At this time we offer weekend servicing of your vehicle as we know & acknowledge how important the work week is to you! 9- Any Work done on your vehicle after 6pm will automatically be charged a $75/mechanic hour rate, we request this rate for both the safety of your technician & the quality of work on your vehicle. (If it's too dark for you to see where to mow your lawn, then it's unsafe for us to work). 10- If you value the work we do and in the speed of which we do it, please know that we gladly accept Tips!
