Hi I am an equivalent to a 3rd year apprentice. I can repair most vehicles mechanically 95%, body work 95%, electrical 75% (ability and familiarity)
I prefer charging flat rates as sometimes we run into problems and hourly gets ridiculous sometimes.
I'm a fair and honest guy and if I don't think I could handle a job I'll let you know right away before I start anything, possibly recommending someone else.
