Mechanic Job in Silverdale, Washington

Hi Daniel. I have a 1999 4Cyl Camry. One day leaving the parking lot it just turned off backing out of a parking spot when my son was driving it and now it won't start. So far i have replaced the starter, plugs, plug wires and i have a fuel pump for it that we have not put in yet. If available I would like you to see if you can figure out what it will take to get it running again since it is a great little commuter for my son to and from school. It is a 99 so i would like to have an idea of what it would cost before i jump in. Do you have a standard rate for troubleshooting etc?
