Mechanic Job in Amelia Court Hou, Virginia

I need a reliable mechanic that lives in Amelia or near by who can take the 2000 Honda civic motor and trans and put it in the 96 both same don't need parts really need a vehicle my friend wrecked my car and I have to get to des appts I just got my tax returns back but I can only pay 450$ maybe 500 and some parts for trade.
