Mechanic Job in Austin, Texas

Recently started happening. When I went to start car last week, it didn’t turn over. I realized the brake pedal and steering wheel were locked, lights on dash turn on, as well as radio, A/C. headlights. Wouldn’t turn over, no sound no click. Jumped it and it worked. When it idled it shut off. Took to autozone for diagnostics starter alternator battery are all running 100%. Not sure what’s going on! Need some electrical help. Also my A/C doesn’t work, has a leak somewhere. If you could help with that I’d be more than happy to negotiate more!
