Mechanic Job in Lincoln, Rhode Island

I have a 1998 Honda Civic EX which I left at my parents house last year when I moved to Boston. It was started in November and then jump started sometime in December or January but then sat under the snow for the rest of the winter and has not started since. I have tried to jump start it but it wont start. I want to get it running so that I can sell it but I do not want to pay to have it towed or pay an exorbitant amount since the car isn't worth that much. I am hoping a simple battery replacement will do the trick. Also, there is a Viper remote start/keyless entry system installed, so knowledge of those may be necessary.
