Mechanic Job in Monrovia, Indiana

I have a 1981 Kubota B7100 4x4 3cyl diesel gear-drive tractor that needs a mechanic's touch. We split the tractor and replaced the (original?) clutch last year and discovered a drive shaft that was wobbling around where it meets the crank shaft. We had a shop press in a new bearing or something (I'm NOT the mechanic in this conversation) but I don't think it's working as it should. The clutch works OK, but when pressed in and throttled up, there's a lot of noise (not so much gear grinding but like the shaft is vibrating against something). I get around it by shifting gears at an idle, but that's not a long term solution. I'd like help with this issue as well as taking a look at my glow plugs, which I don't believe are working at all. I give it about a minute of glow plug action (no glowing wire, btw) followed by 30-60 seconds of cranking on the starter. There may be some other things that pop up while you're looking at it as well. I don't have a trailer and would love for you to come look at it (tell me if you need money for that first trip out) and then we can go from there.
